This benchmark report for the Dutch banking sector contains the results of a study
into the status of Operational Risk Management which DCE carried during the summer of
2009 with 40 Dutch banks and asset managers. It covers aspects such as governance
and culture, best practices for setting up ORM, use of methods, techniques and
supporting software, but also the vision of “the Dutch banking ORM Manager” regarding
developments such as ERM and the role of the guardian.
